The service aims to enhance member accessibility, offering the convenience of reaching out whenever you have a question, problem, or concern. By delivering tailored assistance beyond regular branch hours, we aim to quickly resolve any issues and uphold our high member service standards while remaining attentive to your needs.

What are the operating hours for the new service? Expand/Collapse

We have added an expanded hours phone service to better serve our members. The service will be available from the close of branch hours until 9:00 PM Monday to Friday and 9 AM to 1 PM Saturday.

Why were the hours expanded? Expand/Collapse

We expanded our hours to provide more flexible support to our members, especially for those who need assistance outside of traditional branch hours.

How can members contact the expanded hours service during the new hours? Expand/Collapse

Members can call their usual branch phone number and their call will be directed to our Expanded Hours staff.

What services are available? Expand/Collapse

Our staff can assist with a variety of services, but primarily their focus will be for technology-related online services such as:

    • Setting up Lock n' Block 
    • How to reset passwords
    • How to go from Member Direct to email or text to get 2SV code without closing MemberDirect. 
    • How to find the Direct Deposit and Preauthorized Payment forms and how to complete them properly.
    • How to set up Interac e-Transfer senders’ profile
    • How to add an Interac e-Transfer contact 
    • How to send an Interac e-Transfer  
    • How to find an Interac e-Transfer and cancel from pending 
    • How to set up for Interac e-Transfer Auto Deposit 
    • How to add a new bill payee and to make a bill payment online. 
    • Bill Payment reversal 
    • How to add your debit or Debit MasterCard to a mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
    • How to enroll your Collabria credit card on CardWise

Yes, all transactions and communications are conducted with the same high level of security and privacy.

Can I open a new account or apply for a loan during the expanded hours? Expand/Collapse

Not at this time, but our staff will be able to book appointments with the appropriate Financial Services Officer or help you navigate through the online application process.

Will the branch hours change as well? Expand/Collapse

No, the branch hours will remain the same. The changes only apply to the Expanded Hours phone service.
