Heat pumps, a new furnace, electric hot water heaters, solar panels, double paned windows, and well insulated ceilings and attics are just some of the upgrades/updates you can incorporate to make your home more comfortable, and at the same time, lower your energy costs.
Energy Efficient Loan Detials:
- For amounts of $5,000 and under the maximum amortization is 5 years
- For amounts of $5001 - $15,000 the maximum amortization is up to 7 years
- For amounts of $15,001 - $25,000 the maximum amortization is up to 10 years
